How It Is Made

​​Resiliently Bold Hair Care’s Pure Jamaican Black Castor Oils are hand made in Jamaica. The castor beans are harvested, matured, and hand washed to get rid of bacteria and impurities, then the beans are put out to dry naturally in the sun. After drying the caster beans they are roasted until a dark roast is achieved. The roasted castor beans are then grinded in a natural grinder, until the beans turn into a paste, then they are added to a pot of boiling water. The seeds are boiled until the oil reaches the top, then it is extracted from the top of the water, it is left to settle and cool, then bottled and brought to you.
