Refunds 
We want you to love your Resiliently Bold items as much as we do! Due to COVID-19 we currently have a NO RETURN POLICY, which means RETURNS or EXCHANGES are NOT ACCEPTED. Which means all item(s) are FINAL SALE, after receiving your item(s) you cannot request a return or exchange so please make sure you double check the item(s) you've placed your cart before checking out.

Items sent back to us without first being requesting and accepted for return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you need assistance with a damaged item please email our support team at resilientlybold@gmail.com with the subject: Damage/Replacement and include your order number, photo proof of the condition that you received it, and the customer name. Defective, damaged, or incorrect item(s) must be reported to us within 7 business days after you received and signed for your item(s). To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of item(s) like customized item(s) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Sizing 
Please refer to the size charts and product descriptions for each item. Since all sizes and figures are different we include model size information for you to reference.
*T-Shirts and Pullovers are unisex so they run larger.*

Exchanges 
Exchange's are not accepted until further notice.
